Security
Full-time medical staff in the camp always appear at the scene at the first time, carefully handle various symptoms such as bruises, sprains, fever, allergies, colds, etc. for the children, and provide whole-process care and considerate care. The surrounding hospitals are 5 minutes' drive from the camp, and the large tertiary hospitals are within 30 minutes.
Camp introduction
The camp is located at the edge of Huizhou beach, the Jinxi Lijing Qianxi Resort Hotel in Xunliao Bay, Huidong County. You can enjoy the natural 11km white beach downstairs, and you can have all-around and zero-distance contact with the beach and sea in the bay area.
In the hotel, the accommodation and activities of the campers are relatively independent from other tourists. All the staff of Elite are also with the campers throughout the whole process to take care of the living food of the campers
Catering standard
the camp has three meals and one afternoon tea every day, all meals are meat and vegetable matched, nutrition is balanced, and fruit and milk are available for breakfast.

Pick-up and drop-off instructions
Since the camp is opened in the morning, there is no pickup station on the day. If you need to pick up the station, you should go to the airport or the station one day in advance. There is no charge for the teacher service to pick up the station, but the hotel accommodation costs (about 200 yuan in general) incurred by picking up the station one day in advance need to be borne by the parents themselves.

Matters needing attention
The camp implements a closed system. The electronic equipment of the campers will be temporarily kept by the teachers after entering the camp. During the camp period, we will also arrange two parent-child call times.
Customer service will broadcast the campers' news in real time in the parent group, so that parents can enjoy the holiday without worrying about the children.
If parents have anything to mail to the campers, they can contact the tutor and mail it directly to the camp. Each Elite’s camp is equipped with professional photographers to record every happy moment of children's growth.

Refund instructions
1. One week before the opening of the camp, there is no reason to refund the fee;
2. 6-1 days before the opening of the camp, if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, you can apply for retention to the next activity; Or deduct 15% and refund the remaining paid fees;
3. Exit on the opening day, deduct 30% and refund the remaining paid fees.
4. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to any of the following reasons, no matter how many days before the departure time the camper proposes to leave the camp, Ouluke can retain the fee until the next event; Or deduct the expenses incurred (personal insurance, pre-travel package, etc.) and refund the remaining expenses
(1) In case of accidental injury or sudden acute disease, the participants need to be hospitalized after being diagnosed by the doctor;
(2) Those who are not suitable for participating in activities due to fracture;
(3) The family property of the participants suffers serious losses due to natural disasters or criminal acts of a third party;
(4) The campers cannot reach the camp smoothly due to epidemic, bad weather, natural disasters and other reasons;
